RETURNS POLICY
We hope you are delighted with your nunie online purchase, however, we offer ONE FREE EXCHANGE for purchases sent within Australia, as long as garments are returned within the specified time frame. We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. If you would like to exchange your purchase please notify us within 3 DAYS of receipt for an authorization number, goods must be received by us within 7 DAYS of authorization to be eligible for exchange or refund. Postage costs are non refundable unless goods have been received faulty. Returned goods must be in original condition and packaging with tags still attached. Please return with a copy of the invoice to:

Please note that any returned items that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original condition will not be exchanged and will be returned to the customer. We allow for ONE FREE EXCHANGE for purchases sent within Australia, any exchanges thereafter will incur the standard delivery cost.

We are not responsible for return packages that do not reach us. Please ensure you retain proof of postage.
